Q. I forgot my user name and password. What should I do?
A. On the home page look for "Forgot user name and password." This is located on the top of the right column just under user name and password. Click on "Forgot user name and Password", your user name and password will be sent to your email address.

A. No. Our reputation is based on trust and word of mouth. We do not sell or share your personal information. See Privacy Policy under legal. We value your business. We do not send "spam."

Back to topQ. I created a new company, but did not recieve an email with my username and password.
A.
- Check to make sure your email is working correctly.
- Create a new company again and make sure your email is correct.
- If you get a warning that this user email already exists, you know you created your company successfully.
- Check your email again and make sure you are receiving email. Sometimes email is slow for some reason, give it some time and your login information will arrive.
- Check your blocked email.
- On the log in page select the link: Forgot your password. Enter your email address and your password will be sent to that email address.

We thank you for using us and welcome you back.
To close a company open the same page you use to create a new company. On the right side of the Desk Top select edit next to Switch Companies. At the bottom of the Edit Company page the administrator may delete a company. You may also export your events and most of your data to Microsoft Excel spread sheet.

- Any web based program is subject to any and all INTERNET weaknesses.
- This program is not designed to manage or hold credit card information.
Things to consider:
- All details pertaining to an event are in the same place. Consider a work order needs to be created, assigned, dispatched, completed and returned. With this program a work order can be viewed, printed, completed (with images) and all parties, including the customer, may view the progress. (includes an invoice)
