Attachments are files you can upload for a ticket.  You may upload more than one file.  You may delete files one at a time. 

Note: 

  • A user needs at least a level 2 access to view the attachment page.
  • If you can view the page, you can edit the page.
  • Many different files may be uploaded.
  • There are some files that are not allowed.  There are so many different types of files, the only way for you to know if the program will accept it is to try. 

Bob's opinion:  I use a free PDF printer:  http://www.dopdf.com.   I save my work orders to the PDF printer on my laptop.  This work order is uploaded as a PDF file on the ticket attachment page.  The tech can now download the PDF file as the work order.
