Email is one way only. (Go Work Order does not hold or receive email.)
- The return address for this email is the email address found on the company profile page. (setup - company - profile)
- No email will be sent without an email address on the reply to email line. You add the default company email address on the company profile page. (Any email address will work, the company email address is the default address.)
Form email letters:
- Email brings together a form letter with a specific ticket by the use of programming code. The Go Work Order software has provided one developed email form letter. You may edit this letter. You may create as many form email letters as you need. A form letter will look something like this: "We want to thank you for this order (Contact First Name) (Contact Last Name). The email you send will look like this: We want to thank you for this order Bob Buess." (Bob Buess is the customer first and last name.) (settings - company - templates)
- Consider sending a copy of all email to yourself. (Email is not saved on the Go Work Order software.)
Attachments:
- Invoice, Bid, Proposal or Receipt
- Ticket Worksheet (no images)
- Ticket images only. (Found on Worksheet page.)
- Assigned Personnel photo (Photo comes from image located on contact data.) Purpose: Send photo of service technician as an attachment to email you are sending to customer.
Bob' Opinion: Send your customer a Thank You note with all data you collected from the service preformed. This is a Hugh WOW factor for you and your company.
