An Invoice, Bid, Proposal, or Receipt are all the same form.  The only difference is the label on the header.  You can open your ticket as an Invoice, Bid, Proposal or Receipt by selecting the appropriate link found on the bottom of the billing page for a ticket.  You can also attach a ticket as an Invoice, Bid, Proposal or Receipt to ticket Email.
