These attachments can be added to the ticket email.

• Invoice, Bid, Proposal or Receipt  (All data is the same except for the label.)
• Worksheet data with images
• Ticket Summary (Work Order)
• Images only
• Ticket Personnel Images
• Email attachments are located on the bottom of the Ticket Email page.  (Bottom right side of page.)
  

Hint:  It should be a 'win,win' for you and your customer when you email a photo as an attachment of tech dispatched to the site.  (You can use a photo editor to add name and details to a photo.  Do this before you upload it.)  Don't forget to follow up with an email sending all data collected while on site including pictures.
