Filter link is located on the top blue bar. The filter controls what tickets are displayed.

Set the Filter for one or more users that are a part of a ticket in one or more of the following ways:  Customer, Assign, Location, Bill To, Ship To or Created By. 

You can set the filter based on start and end date.

Hint:  If any value is true, the ticket will be displayed.  Only tickets that meet your filter selection will appear.

The Radius search displays tickets within US Zip codes based on a search value of 5 to 100 miles.  Use the map features to more accurately determine distance and time.  Note:  We try to keep the zip code data base current, but for sure they do change.  Expect some zip codes not to be in our database.
