Open and save the Schedule or Sales page for a ticket. This is all that is needed to create a ticket.
You have 4 different ways to open the section for creating a new ticket:
- Select the 'New Ticket' link located at the top of the left column.
- Select any time located on the left side of the Day view of the Calendar.
- Select the Sales link located on the top of the page.
- From the Contact/Customer page select create a new ticket with this contact. (See closing choice.)
