Go Work Order is a hosted solution.  You do not need to install any programs on your computer.  Go Work Order operates correctly on Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or better. Set your screen resolution to: 1024 x 768 pixels. If you use other settings or browsers you may find certain items on the page looking "quirky." 

• The program is working now, but certain company details need to be added.   Use the demo account below to better understand how to reach each page.  You can always email: bob@goworkorder.com for assistance.  Note:  Some words or phrases within the help section are active links to particular pages within the program.

• The company name is located at the top of each page.  You can edit the company name on the company profile page.

• Your welcome name located on the top left of the page can be edited on the account setup preference page.

• The Administrator Contact information is located in the Contact section.  The best way to open the Administrator Contact page is by selecting the Administrator link located on the Company Setup Profile Page.

• The default return email address for a ticket is the company email address located on the the company setup profile page.

• The advanced Help program can be reached by selecting Help located on the right side of the Blue Bar.  When you select Help on the top right hand side of the page, the Help page that opens will open the Help page for the page you are currently viewing.  (If the schedule page is open, the help page that opens when you select Help is the Schedule Page.) 

• You can turn on the Auto Help system by selecting on or off on the right side of the blue bar.  A pop up window will open over many links; this acts like a mini help page.

• To properly close your company use the 'Log Out' button located on the top right of all pages.  Go Work Order will automatically log you out after a period of no activity.

• Your Web Address is located on the company profile page.  It will look similar to this: http://www.GoWorkOrder.com/companylogin.asp?cid=demo2

• Set your pop up blocker to allow pop ups for this site.
